Our Mission

Building a Stronger, More Connected Windsor and Essex County

Welcome to the Solidarity Bridge Association (SBA), a vibrant not-for-profit corporation dedicated to empowering diverse communities across Windsor and Greater Chatham County. Founded on the principles of inclusivity, dialogue, and collaboration, we serve as a vital link between individuals, cultures, and organizations, fostering a stronger, more equitable society for all.

Our Mission: Building Bridges, Transforming Lives

We believe in the power of connection. Our mission is to create meaningful pathways for every resident newcomer, youth, women, families, and long-term residents to thrive. Through responsive programs and community driven initiatives, we turn divides into dynamic collaborations that shape Windsor’s shared future.

Our Core Commitments

Lift Newcomer. We ease transitions and help immigrants build meaningful lives through culturally responsive programs, language resources, and mentorship.

Elevate Students: We empower youth to succeed academically and socially by partnering with schools to offer tutoring, career guidance, and leadership opportunities.

Support Women and Children: We strengthen vital social networks through accessible services and intergenerational activities that honor their central role in our community.

Bridge Divides: We create inclusive spaces where diverse groups collaborate, learn from one another, and collectively champion Windsor’s future.
